Healthy smoothie made by blending different variety of Berries & Yogurt. |

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped Berries (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry)
- 1 Banana
- 1 Kiwi
- 1 cup Yogurt (Curd)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
- Blend yogurt & sugar thoroughly.
- Add fruits, honey & ice cubes into the above. Blend for some more time.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add little more milk & enjoy the chilled delight.

Hmm... Looks delicious, even if I haven't actually tried this combination! I think it's probably because it's a dairy smoothie. With this one, there is the yogurt to balance the sweetness, sourness, and any other flavors of the fruits. Joseph@Fresh and Healthy Brands
