1/4 cup Onion
1/4 cup Tomato
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Chilly powder
1 tbsp Tomato sauce
3 tbsp milk
Salt as required
- Take a bowl & beat egg thoroughly.
- Add milk, chilly powder, pepper powder, tomato sauce, salt & mix thoroughly.
- Add onion, tomato & jalapeno pepper to the above.
- Divide the solution in 3 equal parts.
- Grease a pan with oil & prepare 3 omlettes.
- Cook each side for 5 min.
- Take one chapati & place one omlette on top. Roll it & its ready to eat.
