Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chopped Onion
- 1 cup chopped Carrot
- 1 cup chopped Beans
- 2 large Potatoes
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 3 slices Bread or 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro (Coriander leaves)
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- Egg white of 1 egg
- Salt
- Oil
Directions:
- Cook potato, mash well & keep aside.
- Powder bread slices in a food processor or use ready made bread crumbs.
- Take a pan and pour oil. When oil is hot, splutter mustard seeds.
- Saute onion with salt. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.
- Add carrot & beans. Cook well
- Add garam masala, pepper powder & chilly powder. Saute for few minutes.
- Turn off the flame. Add mashed potatoes, cilantro & mix thoroughly.
- Make into round or oval shaped patties and keep aside.
- Beat egg white thoroughly. Dip the patties in egg white & then coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry vegetable cutlet when oil is hot.
- Cover in a paper towel so that excess oil will be absorbed. Eat hot & crispy.
