If you are lucky to have a vineyard nearby and get fresh leaves that’s even better! In Egypt they actually sell fresh leaves in the market. The best time of the year to pick them up are in the spring season, you can pick extra leaves and freeze them in batches. In autumn season the leaves became bitter and too hard. For more information go here.

Now, you need to try actually DIGGING for clams – with a shovel. That gun thingy is only for tourists. Which, of course, you are, but still. You cleaned and cooked them to perfection, though. Bravo!food Mixer

I am not really a sandwich guy, so I have no frame of reference to give you. No offense, but I feel like a sandwich is just too bland. If you want to ask what snack, I want, then I would suggest that you go and try grilled bacon. Not only is bacon delicious, but it is also very easy to prepare. I feel like people are underestimating it too much, and I do not want it to be like that.Recipe

Interesting. Making our own flour isn't something we've considered before, although we do love making our own bread (albeit with shop-bought packs). Something for the kids to get involved with on a lazy, wet weekend maybe!italian wine search motor

Hi, I created my own dill pickle ones last night while the salt and vinegar soaked. The dill pickle flavor currently is our favorite (S&V in dehydrator now, along with more dill pickle). I did 1/2 tsp garlic salt and 1/2 tsp dried dill weed. They are delicious! For more visit Ghormeh Sabzi

I can see why you would like this so much – it sounds wonderful. I would definitely add protein to this, simply because I can’t survive on high carb/low protein meals. I’m looking forward to trying it.homemade pizza

I know this recipe was posted years ago, but I just wanted thank you for this is easy and delicious meal. I’ve made it a few times now and my whole family has loved it. This past time, I decided to try something that you may want to add to the recipe. After it cooked all day according to your recipe, I removed all the chicken and put it on a plate. At the time we were making rice to go with it. I was about to dump the leftover juice which was very hot, when I suddenly thought “gravy!” I took around 1/4 cup of flour and just dumped it right in the juice and started stirring. Within a minute I had a thick gravy that I added salt too until it was perfect. The chicken, dipped in the gravy, was amazing, and it was so easy. Anyway, thanks again for the wonderful recipe!

There are plenty of healthier pasta options these days... But if they are totally not your thing then fear not pasta lovers, because there are some pretty amazing low carb pasta options out there too. Just be careful when picking out anything that claims to be carb free pasta-- many noodles and grains claim to be but really don't cut it!
