Ingredients
2 cups Basmati rice
1/2 kg Beef
3 Onions

Directions
- Cook rice with bay leaves & salt. Drain rice in a colander when its fully cooked. Keep aside.
- Clean & cut the beef into cubes & keep aside
- Take a cooker. Saute onion in ghee till dark brown. Then saute tomatoes for 5 min.

Add green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, chilly powder, cinnamon powder, clove powder, elachi ,salt as required and saute well.

Then add grated coconut & curd also.
- Add squared beef & 1/2 cup water or more and cook for 5 whistles
- Do not release the pressure. After 30 min open the cooker.
- Add chopped coriander leaves & boil openly so that you obtain a very thick gravy. If the gravy is loose, your rice will be too soggy when mixed.

Take a serving bowl & layer rice &
beef gravy alternatively. Then mix very carefully and garnish with raisins & cilantro. You can serve with raita, papads & pickle.
