Ingredients
- 3 tbsp All purpose flour(Maida)
- 1/4 Green bell pepper(Capsicum)
- 1/4 Red bell pepper(Capsicum)
- 1 Potato
- 1 Carrot
- 3/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Green chilly sauce
- 1 tbsp Red chilly sauce
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
- Cut the vegetables in strips. Wash and dry with paper towel.
- Make a batter with flour, 3 sauces, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, honey, salt & water. If the batter is too thick, add little more water
- Marinate the vegetable strips in the batter.
- Heat oil & fry the vegetables.
- Drain the excess oil & cut one end of the vegetable strips so that the colour of veggies can be seen. It is useful when decorating the plate.
- It is a tasty appetizer with tomato sauce.
