Stir frying is usually done in high heat with very little oil & by constantly stirring for few minutes. It is the most popular Asian cooking technique. Stir fries can be just veggies/veggies & meat/veggies and seafood combination. Here is the recipe of shrimp and veggie stir fry. Have a tasty meal or lunch of stir fry with rice, pasta etc.
Ingredients for marinating shrimp :
1/2 cup shrimp
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1tbsp soya sauce
1tsp chilly powder
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt as required
Vegetable Oil
Vegetable Oil
Directions
Marinate for 1 hour & saute in any vegetable oil
& keep aside.
Ingredients for the sauce :
4 tbsp Soya sauce
4 tbsp Honey
Directions
Mix both well & keep aside.
Other ingredients :
1/4 cup sliced Red Bell Pepper(Capsicum)
1/4 cup sliced Green Bell Pepper(Capsicum)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup cooked Broccoli florets
1/4 cup sliced Carrot
1/2 Onion
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes
Salt
Olive Oil
Directions
Ingredients for the sauce :
4 tbsp Soya sauce
4 tbsp Honey
Directions
Mix both well & keep aside.
Other ingredients :
1/4 cup sliced Red Bell Pepper(Capsicum)
1/4 cup sliced Green Bell Pepper(Capsicum)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/2 cup cooked Broccoli florets
1/4 cup sliced Carrot
1/2 Onion
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper flakes

Directions
- Take a pan & stir fry onion & garlic in little oil. Add the other veggies & saute for few minutes.
- Add fried shrimp, black pepper, red pepper flakes & salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer into a serving plate. Pour the prepared sauce on top & it will be more tastier if garnished with cashew nuts.
