For marinating shrimp
Ingredients
1/2 cup shrimp
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1tbsp soya sauce
1tsp chilly powder
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Salt as required

Directions
Marinate for 1 hour & fry in any vegetable oil
& keep aside.
For marinating chicken
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbsp All purpose flour (Maida)
1/2 cup chicken cut in strips
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tbsp honey
1 Egg yolk
Salt as required

Directions
Marinate for 1 hour & fry in any vegetable oil
& keep aside
For sauteing
Ingredients
1 medium sized Capsicum
1 medium sized Onion
1 cup Broccoli florets
1 Carrot
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Green chilly sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Honey
Parsley flakes
Salt as required
Olive Oil as required
Directions
- Take a frying pan. Pour little oil & saute onion & capsicum. Add carrot & cook covered for 5 min.
- Add boiled & drained broccoli, all 3 sauces , honey & cook covered for 5 min.
- Mix fried shrimp & chicken with the above. Saute for 3 min. garnish with parsley flakes & its ready to serve.
