Triple Decker Sandwich

Healthy sandwich made mainly with boiled eggs & carrot

Total Time..... 15 min (Prep -5 min, Cook-10 min)    
Yield..............3 triple decker sandwiches

Level..............Easy

Ingredients
  • 9 slices of bread
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 eggs
  • Ketchup
  • Salt as required

Directions

  1. Cut off the sides of the bread & keep aside.
  2. Boil 2 eggs & mash slightly with fork.          
  3. Cut onion, carrot, tomato & jalapeno pepper in tiny pieces.
  4. Take a bowl & mix egg, onion, carrot, tomato, jalapeno pepper, black pepper, butter & salt.         
  5. Take 3 slices of bread & spread the sides to be filled, with tomato sauce & spread the prepared mix in-between  & enjoy it with potato chips.
