Ingredients
- 9 slices of bread
- 1 Jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Tomato
- 2 eggs
- Ketchup
- Salt as required
Directions
- Cut off the sides of the bread & keep aside.
- Boil 2 eggs & mash slightly with fork.
- Cut onion, carrot, tomato & jalapeno pepper in tiny pieces.
- Take a bowl & mix egg, onion, carrot, tomato, jalapeno pepper, black pepper, butter & salt.
- Take 3 slices of bread & spread the sides to be filled, with tomato sauce & spread the prepared mix in-between & enjoy it with potato chips.
